This statement of privacy (this "Statement") explains our data collection purpose through our website, and related services and products (collectively the "Site") and the use of such data. Please read the entire Statement. Use of the Site indicates a site user's acceptance of this Statement.

The term "Personal Data" has the meaning ascribed to it under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012).


We have the rights to change this Statement from time to time in our sole discretion and consideration. Accordingly, we encourage site users to review this Statement periodically. We collect Personal Data about site users in two ways: (1) when users give the information to us or when users give us permission to obtain the information and (2) when users access and/or use the Site.

The following list, which is not meant to be exhaustive, provides examples of when we collect Personal Data and the type of Personal Data collected:

When contacting user regarding the Site, when reviewing or processing a questionnaire user submits for or through the Site, or when reviewing or processing a user request for a product or service offered by or through the Site, which, in any such case, may result in our obtaining information that user discloses or submits; or
  5. When user participates in any survey, sweepstakes, contest, or promotion by or through the Site, which may result in our obtaining user's name, profile photo, email address, and other registration and profile information.


In order to make certain parts of the Site function correctly, cookies are utilized. A cookie is a small data file transferred by a website to user computer's hard drive. The Site sends cookies when (among other occasions) user visits, makes a purchase, requests or personalizes information, or registers for the Site. A cookie cannot read Personal Data off a user's hard disk or read cookie files created by other websites; the only Personal Data a cookie can contain is information a user supplies. Although user can still browse and search for products on the Site, user must have cookies enabled in order to add items to user's shopping cart or to create/log into the Site account.

Some of the cookies used on our website are set by third party organizations that we use for different services. For example, we use external analytics services by specialist suppliers and these suppliers may set cookies on our behalf in order to report back to us. We may also sometimes embed video or other content from websites such as YouTube and these sites may set their own cookies.


We may use user Personal Data for several purposes, such as:

  2. To help user quickly find services or information on the Site.
  3. We may use Personal Data (including user email addresses, phone numbers, and unique identifiers) to send user updates and promotional/advertising materials, including newsletters, relating to the Site and the products and services of our affiliates or business partners or to otherwise target specific services or offers to user.     6. act in urgent circumstances. We may also share Personal Data in connection with the (actual or potential) sale, purchase, acquisition, merger, reorganization, bankruptcy, liquidation, dissolution, or similar transaction or proceeding of or involving us.

  1. When required to disclose a report of "point of sale" ("POS") information to the manufacturer for market research and payment of commission to the manufacturer's sales force. POS information might also be used by epchips.com.cn, Excelpoint, the manufacturer, or the manufacturer's representatives to provide user with important information or to contact user about potential design activity.

We reserve the right to anonymise user Personal Data for any and all purposes. Anonymised Personal Data would not be governed by this Statement.

Except as described in, or permitted by, this Statement, we will obtain user permission before we share user Personal Data with third parties.Please note that these third parties may be situated outside of Singapore. If we provide any information about you to any such entities, we will take appropriate measures to ensure such companies protect your information adequately in accordance with this Statement and applicable law.


If you have an account with us, you may access or correct your Personal Data at any time by accessing your account on our website at excelchips.com.

Alternatively, you could request for access or correction of your Personal Data in our possession or control by writing to us under Contact U on our website at excelchips.com.. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee in order to meet your request for access or correction to your Personal Data.


We also use third parties to facilitate our business, including, but not limited to, sending email and processing online payments. In connection with these offerings and business operations, our partners and other third parties may have access to your personal information for use in connection with business activities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the information we collect will never be shared or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes except to provide products or services you requested or unless we have your permission to share such information.

Online payment services are governed solely by the third party provider's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the actions of these third party service providers.

Sources for user information disclosing to 3rd parties:

1 Credit card payment.

Credit card information will be collected by 3rd parties payment service provider (Paypal, Alipay & Wechat Pay) directly without passing through Excelpoint's server.

Site users can click here Paypal for their privacy policies. Excelpoint will not responsible for any risk or loss due the failure or error operation of 3rd parties.


We use a range of security technologies to protect a user's Personal Data, including secure servers, firewalls, and encryption of credit card information. Unfortunately, there is always a potential risk in sending information through any channel or retaining information on any storage device, and, we cannot guarantee that communications between user and us or information stored on our resources, including Personal Data, will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. We will not be held responsible (1) for any unauthorized access or illegal or unauthorized use of information, including Personal Data, or (2) if user information, including Personal Data, is accessed through unauthorized or improper use of user account or login information or due to user failure to secure their username, password, or customer ID.

We will maintain your information for as long as it is required in order to fulfill the relevant purposes described in this Statement, as may be required (or permitted) by law, or as otherwise communicated to you. Once you have asked us to close your account, we will delete all information that we are not required or permitted to retain by law.


User consents to have user's Personal Data used and stored wherever we do business, including countries outside user's own.
